Job Description
In this position you will play a critical role as a member of a maintenance team for a housing authority in Chillicothe, Ohio. You will be conducting both routine and preventative maintenance of the premises and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Conducting routine maintenance of premises and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

The base salary range for this position is $16.00/hr excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal
pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
