Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and ensure smooth operations of plant equipment through preventive maintenance and repairs. In this role, you will contribute to creating a safe and efficient work environment while supporting various machine and facility projects. Bring your skills in maintenance, passion for problem-solving, and attention to detail to this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all cutting, spreading, and sewing equipment.
- Maintain and repair other production machinery, such as RF welders and heat fusing presses.
- Log maintenance and repair services in the company’s online Maintenance Log.
- Keep work areas and spare parts storage neat and orderly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve operational efficiency and participate in machine/facility projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of machine/equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Hobbies or a passion involving cars or fixing things preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and functional computer skills.
