Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include upkeep, repair, and optimization of machinery, electrical systems, and equipment within an industrial facility. Our facility ensures all systems are functioning safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to identify electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of repairs, inspections, and any maintenance performed
- Install and upgrade electrical components, ensuring compliance with local safety codes and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or electrical maintenance worker, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

The base pay range for this position is $58k – $70k excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
