Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will sustain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all equipment, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, compressors, boilers and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role involves installing, restoring, and upgrading systems, diagnosing system control issues, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.  
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment and building facilities
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical, plumbing, compressors, boilers.
- Work with vendors to order parts and supplies
- Follow all plant and safety Rules, good manufacturing practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to mulit-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 2-year degree

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $52,000 -$62,420, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
