Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician you will ensure the efficient operation of the facility and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, including electrical, plumbing,and mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Inspect and maintain production and facility equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facility Maintenance Worker, or similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions including dusty and non-temperature controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
