Job Description
Join a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled fulfillment center as a Maintenance Technician, where you will ensure the functionality and reliability of machinery, facilities, and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, with a strong focus on electrical components and preventative maintenance. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and safety while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, with a strong focus on electrical components and preventative maintenance. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and safety while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and system issues, including PLC controls, conveyors, and HVAC systems
• Install and maintain electrical components such as wiring, control panels, and PLCs, ensuring compliance with NEC, UL, and NFPA standards
• Conduct routine inspections, record findings in CMMS, and recommend corrective actions
• Mentor team members in troubleshooting and CMMS usage, providing training on new or updated equipment
• Use CMMS to track equipment malfunctions, analyze patterns, and recommend replacements
• Operate label application equipment and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address maintenance needs

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5-7 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a distribution environment
• At least 2 years of electrical/electronic experience, including PLC programming
• Knowledge of power transmission systems, metal fabrication, HVAC, and fire response equipment
• High School Diploma or GED (technical school preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and tool proficiency
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Must pass the "Bennet’s Mechanical Aptitude" test (75th percentile or higher)
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights up to 50 feet, and stand for extended periods in varying temperatures

The base salary range for this position is $83,200–$96,699 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
