Job Description
As our Tooling Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of our manufacturing operations. You'll be responsible for repairing, preparing, and servicing the tooling within our facility, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with industrial hand tools and equipment maintenance
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance record
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Forklift certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in assembly and mechanical work
- Familiarity with mill, lathe, drill press, and grinding operations
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing and mold maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 – 21.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
