Job Description
As a Manager of Claims, you'll lead and mentor a team of adjusters handling first-party physical damage claims for heavy semi-trucks. You'll oversee daily operations, guide complex claims processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of claims adjusters.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor claims processes, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Perform claims adjuster duties, including reviewing first-party damage claims, coordinating inspections, and managing complex cases as needed.
- Guide team members on coverage analysis, damage assessments, and salvage processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insureds, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in claims handling, with a strong background in first-party damage claims, ideally in the commercial trucking or auto insurance space.
- Hands-on experience with ADP for managing claims processes and assessments.
- Leadership experience managing a team, including training, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
