Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team for a leading company specializing in metal forming equipment and machinery. In this role, you will play a key part in managing materials to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Unload, load, and unpack materials.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against packing lists and process them in the ERP system.
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming deliveries for quality issues.
- Label and organize materials in their correct locations.
- Pull and issue parts during the kitting process.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing parts, address incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged items.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of material handling experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. unassisted.
