Job Description:
Become an integral part of a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler in Wallingford, CT. You will handle the assembly and installation of components, following detailed blueprints and engineering drawings. Your role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and follow engineering drawings and blueprints for equipment fabrication
- Select materials and tools, planning tasks for efficient assembly of components and equipment
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in mechanical assembly
- Manual dexterity and ability to push, pull, stand for extended periods
- Ability to manually lift up to 30 lbs
