Job Description Join a growing manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling industrial products with precision and efficiency. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of industrial products
- Operate tools such as cut-off saws, drill presses, and hand tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Utilize measuring devices to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Ability to use measurement tools and read blueprints
- Experience with various hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $47,840 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
