Job Description:
We seek a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of automation projects for various industries, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. This role involves creating innovative designs, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with clients to ensure projects meet compliance and cost standards. Key responsibilities include project leadership, customer engagement, technical troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative concepts, cost models, and detailed proposals for automation projects.
- Leads cross-functional engineering teams in creating designs that meet customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for accurate project quoting.
- Partners with clients to refine designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards while adhering to cost and quality expectations.
- Oversees all phases of mechanical project development, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering/Design or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- At least five years of expertise in designing and applying mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in areas like material handling, robotics, machine control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations for capital equipment in medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
- Strong background in creating detailed technical proposals and complex cost estimations.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
