- Competitive Pay of $15-$17.25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

- Serves as the first point of contact for patients who have questions or issues related to billing
- Handles a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
- Answers phones in a pleasant manner and deals with patient’s needs expeditiously
- Sends all medical encounters to the appropriate administrative staff and routes incoming calls appropriately
- Sorts mail, scan and attach documents received from the medical insurance company into EMR
- Assists with scanning and attaching data collected into EMR
- Responds to emails and medical request in a timely manner
- Identifies and confirms the accuracy of patient inquiry data
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the content, intent, and application of HIPAA, federal and state regulations
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
- $15.00/hr. – $17.25/hr.
- After 4 weeks of onsite training, position will be fully remote.
