Job Description
One of the premier Orthopedics and Pain Management clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist will register patients, schedule appointments, and answer phone lines. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information
- Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation
- Update patients’ information in EMR system and all related records
- Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients’ arrival
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6 months or more of Receptionist experience is required.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
