Job Description: As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for constructing industrial-sized AC units used in schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings. Your role will involve welding, assembly, and testing HVAC systems, ensuring the units meet production goals and quality standards. Working with your team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality products to support critical facilities. This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing of essential equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding to assemble industrial-sized AC units
- Use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect parts and welds to meet quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a safe work environment and troubleshoot as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Mechanically inclined with strong tool handling skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
