Hours: 12 hour shifts
- Technical degree or certification in a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hydraulics, programmable controls, and electronics
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow written instructions

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues on machinery and equipment
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machines and auxiliary equipment using hand and power tools
- Conduct preventive maintenance as needed and respond to repair orders promptly
- Set up and secure molds in machines, ensuring precise alignment and operation
- Monitor machine operations, adjust settings, and ensure production of high-quality, defect-free parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to configure machines for the correct temperature, time settings, and molding parameters
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformity with specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring injection machines and equipment are always in good condition
