Molding Team Operator

3rd shift 10:45pm – 7:15am Sunday – Friday

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Molding Team Operators to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting molds, making process adjustments, and operating complex molding machines to produce high-quality assemblies and insert molded tubing. You will follow specific procedures and maintain recordkeeping requirements across multiple machines.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively throughout the shift.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
- Adequate fine motor hand coordination.
- Sound judgment for product disposition decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; educational requirements may be met through formal education or equivalent work experience.
- Less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of a Molding Team Operator:
- Take process parameter readings and perform testing
- Complete nonconformance and hold documentation as required.
- Pull inspection samples as totes of molded components are completed.
- Create trace and container labels, as well as pallet sheets; scan bar-coded labels into the system.
- Ensure changeover paperwork is accurately completed.
- Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
- Model company values and support strategic initiatives.
- Inspect multiple types of parts
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures, including occupational health and environmental standards.
