Job Description
Join a leading medical manufacturing team as a Molding Team Operator, where you’ll help produce high-quality molded components used in life-saving devices. This role includes setting molds, making process adjustments, and operating complex machines while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Set molds and operate molding equipment according to standard procedures
- Perform in-process inspections and testing to ensure product quality
- Document nonconformances and maintain accurate production records
- Train new operators and help uphold 5S and safety standards
- Complete label creation, scanning, and system tracking tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills and good verbal/written communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
