Job Description
As a .NET Software Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative web and desktop applications. You will work within a collaborative team environment to design, troubleshoot, and enhance applications while ensuring quality and security in your coding practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop web and desktop applications, including design, development, and quality control.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet technical and business requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of .NET/SQL experience (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, etc.).
- Experience functioning as a developer in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Understanding of insurance industry principles and finance.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Microsoft Azure (DevOps, Data Studio, etc.).

The Pay Rate range for this position is $34.00 – $42.00 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
