The assembly position at Riddell is responsible for assembling and constructing helmets that are done with reconditioning for the customers. Checks immediate assembly area for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the assembly. Requests supplies through appropriate channels.
Responsibilities:
- Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product and any special options.
- Work with small hand tools.
- Examines assembly and connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies following work instructions/specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Manual dexterity for operating equipment and tools
- Flexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.

The base pay range for this position is $16.00–$16.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
