Job Description
This position is an entry-level office coordinator and receptionist role, providing support to the office, field services team, Certified Business Consultants, and customers. It offers an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and its operations. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties to include answering all phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate party and taking very detailed notes
- Management of customer folders and documents on the shared folders, hard copies, and online software Masterview and Quickbooks
- Assisting Field Services with New Account Start Folders, information and account offerings
- Assisting Certified Business Owners in rental equipment. This would include confirming what equipment is rented out and confirming that the equipment is returned in the same working order with the same items
- Update customer information as needed to include in shared folders, hard copies, Masterview and Quickbooks
- Maintain copies of important office and Certified Business Owner documents to include SDS books, bottle labels, folders, training manuals, etc
- Ordering consumables and supplies for Certified Business Owners and their customers
- Performing Customer Service calls during slow periods as needed to assist the CBO and Field Services
- Assisting Certified Business Owners with supply room purchases. Maintaining inventory in supply room. This includes ensuring we have enough products on the shelves
- Performing welcome calls to all new customers to gather information needed for billing and collections. This includes maintenance of COI, W-9, and other documents
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and results-oriented
- Previous customer service experience
- Time management, communication, data entry, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and generate solutions
- Customer service focused, ability to maintain a positive attitude both over the phone and in person

The base pay range for this position is $39,520, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
