As a Floral Assembler, you will play a vital role in crafting beautiful bouquets and arrangements. Your tasks will include:
Assembling and arranging flowers
Picking, wrapping, and packing products
Staking and wrapping pallets
Moving products within the warehouse

Work in cold temperatures (34°F) for the full shift Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Schedule: 7 days a week, 10-12 hour shifts (one 30-min lunch break, one 15-min break, and a 30-min dinner break – Dinner provided!) The base pay for this position is $15 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
