Job Description
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities of the warehouse including quality assurance, inventory, logistics, shipping, and floor productivity. If you have a passion for precision and innovation, apply today to take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Warehouse management – supervise warehouse personnel to maintain accurate inventory records
- Review reports, engage with managers to ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED – BA preferred
- Must have 3+ years of distribution operations management experience
- Speak and read English. Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to operate various equipment (industrial forklifts, over cranes, etc.)
- 3+ years of pipes, valves, and fittings experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
