Job Description:
Dive into the heart this organization’s tech evolution as an Oracle EPM Specialist. This organization is not looking for someone to pioneer their EPM journey. You will be instrumental in developing and managing the organization’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, supporting the Finance Department's critical functions. This role centers on optimizing financial planning, reporting, and data integration to drive better business decisions and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
- Design and implement business rules, calculations, and data integrations within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, including the creation of custom reports and dashboards.
- Manage the integration of financial data from various sources into the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and provide user training and support.
- Identify and implement system improvements and best practices for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) utilization.
- Perform application testing and support system releases and deployments.
- Develop and maintain application documentation and procedures.
- Contribute to compliance efforts and implement system controls to mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications (Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service preferred).
- Proficiency in data integration tools and Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
