- Pay of $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
- On-site position located in the Marietta, GA area
- Shift: 8:00am-4:40pm Monday-Friday

Your new role as a pack out supervisor:
- Responsible for essential understanding and control of the plant operations to maintain high quality, high yield, and production that exceeds industry expectations
- Ability to equip, maintain, schedule, and staff the facility to pack products within a simple, efficient, low-cost operating model
- Ability to perform human relations functions such as training, retraining, and counseling regarding personal and professional problems
- Prevent food safety and foreign material incidents
- Ensure the safest working environment possible and promote safety on a daily basis
- Provide encouragement to Team Members to build the best team possible
- Oversee various processing operations and work with other supervisors in solving problems and performing other responsibilities as the needs arise
What you need as a pack out supervisor:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in food packaging
- Experience as a supervisor or lead
