Job Description

As an Operations Superintendent, you will oversee key production areas to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production supervisors and teams to meet operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomic, and quality programs to maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management to enhance productivity
- Monitor plant operations, ensuring efficiency in labor, material usage, and cost control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of plant management or operations leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Experience in manufacturing operations, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software; SAP experience a plus
