Schedule:
- Mon – Wed: Flexible – 4-hour shifts split between 2 days or 8-hour shift for 1 day
- Thurs – Fri: 8am – 4:30pm
We are seeking a motivated, experienced HR Assistant to support our healthcare client in Bellaire, TX as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a positive work environment for all team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and answering employee inquiries.
- Process payroll-related documentation and verify time records.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and provide general support to employees.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations.
What is Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative support.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time-management and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Must be 100% available during the two weeks 12/23/24 – 01/03/2025, with the exception of the company holidays on 12/25/24 and 1/1/24.
