Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist, you will perform all payroll related functions for multi-state including California payroll. This includes entering in new hire and termination, updating pay info, calculating garnishments and working with the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll including terminations, overtime calculations, and bonus payments
- Perform payroll audit
- Answer questions regarding payroll and follow up on inquiries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High volume payroll experience, required (4k+ employees)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and regulations regarding garnishments and tax regulations
- Workday & PeopleSoft experience, a plus

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
