Job Description
This position involves performing detailed cleaning and tidying up of construction sites post-project completion. The role ensures the site is spotless, safe, and ready for use or further development. Team members will collaborate to handle various cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:
- Remove debris, trash, and materials from the construction site.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
- Clean windows, fixtures, and other site components.
- Ensure tools and cleaning equipment are maintained and stored properly.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in cleaning or construction preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
