Job Description
Are you passionate about teaching the next generation of nurses? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Instructor to guide and mentor nursing students during their clinical rotations at four hospital locations near Stockbridge, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct student nurses during clinical rotations.
- Provide hands-on guidance in patient care, clinical decision-making, and professional development.
- Assess students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing program requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Previous teaching or precepting experience preferred.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $30/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
