Job Description
As a Pre-Crate Associate, you will have a big impact on the efficiency of our warehouse operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely shipment processing, and overall warehouse organization. Your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to fill procedures, meeting closure specifications accurately.
- Loading/Unloading
- Shipping/Receiving
- Inventory
- Sanitation and Cleaning
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience using power tools.
- Must be able to stand up to 10hrs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays if needed.

The base salary range for this position is $20.25 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
