Job Description:
As a Press Brake Operator, you will work to support a busy aerospace manufacturing facility located in Clearwater, Florida. Must be able to read blueprints and work with materials such as aluminum, roll steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, lead, spring steel, and Lexan. Will operate Cincinnati press brake machines daily and change setups and adjustments on press brake machines.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced Press Brake Operator to forming various metals, including aluminum, cold roll steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, lead, spring steel, and Lexan to precise tolerances
- Responsible for reading blueprints and performing several setups daily, including changing dies and adjusting to meet specified tolerances.
- Experience with Cincinnati Press Brake is a plus.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of close-tolerance, low-volume jobs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 10 years of experience working as a Press Brake Operator
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and set-up required, proficient with changing setups and adjustments to meet tolerances
- Experience with Cincinnati Press Brake a plus
- Working with tolerances .005 to .010 required
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/AS 9100 preferred
