Job Description
As a press brake operator, you will operate state-of-the-art press brakes to ensure precision, efficiency, and flexibility in shaping metal components. You will create components that meet exact specifications, whether for specific parts, industrial machinery, or consumer products.
Responsibilities:
- Form parts to client specifications
- Inspect finished product for defects and compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on the press brake
- Keep the press brake stocked with material
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor the machine to control the speed, material feed and path of the bend
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior press brake experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and math skills
- Ability to understand and follow procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

The base salary range for this position is $17.00–$18.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
