Job Description
The Press Brake Operator job involves operating a press brake machine to bend, shape, or cut sheet metal according to specifications, requiring skills in blueprint reading, tool selection, and machine operation, while ensuring quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press brake machines
- Perform routine maintenance
- Perform spot inspection of parts
- Adjust settings for the press brake
- Perform other tasks as requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Outstanding attendance
- Ability to work without supervision
- Manual dexterity and ability to be on your feet 10 hr shifts
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Previous press brake experience, previous Trumpf experience is a plus

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
