Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pressure Blast Associate for a temp to hire position with a growing company known for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Southwest Houston area. As a Pressure Blast Associate, you are responsible for the control and operate the Sand blast and Washing equipment to surface prep balls for stamping and spraying operations.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the balls both before and after the pressure blast.
- Conduct "grit" checks, prepare "grit" batches, manage "grit" and media inventory, and replenish slurry as needed.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience with pressure blasting
- Perform Basic Math Calculations
- Use various hand and power tools.
- Use machine tools such as drills, lathes, millers etc.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
