Job Description
Our partner is seeking a dedicated Wet Offset Printing Operator / Business Forms Collator Operator to join their production team in Hillsboro, OH. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing presses or collating equipment to produce high-quality business forms. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced printing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot wet offset printing presses or business form collators
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Handle paper stock, inks, and other materials needed for production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in printing operations or machine operation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
