Job Description
In this position, you will contribute to the design, development, and launch of custom medical kits. This role requires conducting research, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop medical and laboratory specimen kits tailored to customer needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage the design and setup of promotional materials and ensure kit configurations meet regulatory standards and customer preferences.
- Oversee ERP product setup, maintain accurate pricing and sourcing, and create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product labels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer challenges, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate competitive pricing for kit components.
- Train sales teams on product offerings, design processes, and regulatory updates to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, TEAMS, and Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

The base salary range for this position is $41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
