• Oversee and optimize the handling of released work orders to promote efficient business
operations.
• Maintain and update rework and split work orders with precision and accuracy.
• Investigate and address any discrepancies in work orders effectively.
Production Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and ERP systems, with robust computer skills.
- Process-oriented and highly organized, adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system standards
