Job Description:
Play a critical role in supporting production goals and maintaining high company standards when you join a leading distributor of various products in Cleveland, OH. As a Production Associate, you will work collaboratively to package, assemble, and kit products safely, accurately, and efficiently in a clean, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and kit products according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-6 months of production experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
