Job Description:
This position involves material assembly, equipment operations, decision making, ability to show attention to quality detail work, and the ability to multitask. As a production associate it will require recording process information and making decisions based that information. You will operate an overhead cranes and/or forklifts to move catalyst fixtures or modules through the process while maintaining process specifications and recording process data. The operations associate may also encounter direct interaction with chemicals in an industrial atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain process specifications
- Verify that solution criteria (temp, pH, etc.) is within specs before using
- Record appropriate process information
- Alert supervisor of process deviations or nonconforming material
- Assist in chemical mixing and additions as needed
- Operate a forklift
- Read and follow process instructions
Requirements:
- Good basic math and written communication skills
- Safety conscious
- Able to lift to 50lbs
- Able to read, follow instructions, and record information
- Forklift Experience

The base range for this position is $17.00 hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
