Job Description
As a Production Lead, you will oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations. The role includes completing production reports, organizing production schedules, maintaining scrap reports, and providing on-the-job training for associates. The Production Lead will also assess staffing needs, collaborate with HR to maintain appropriate headcount, and identify areas for continuous improvement in the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete production reports; complete details of run time report
- Read, review, plan and organize production schedules to meet on-time delivery
- Provide on-the-job training for associates in all areas of their job duties
- Maintain Scrap report
- Assess staffing levels, adhere to budgeted headcount numbers for work needs, and work with Production Manager and HR to fill
- Identify limiting factors of production and make recommendations for continual improvement
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 year of Supervisor experience in Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with MS office and ERP Systems – ERP
- Strong organizational, leadership and administrative skills

The base salary range for this position is $27/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
