Job Description
As a Production Support Assistant, you will support the management team with reports, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, as you will occasionally be on the production floor. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently with good judgment on when to seek assistance/guidance.
- Post notices of meetings, record meetings, and organize unit work reports.
- Assist in announcing and communicating policies, regulations, and information throughout the Operations departments.
- Utilize MS Office Suite, spreadsheet applications, and document design applications proficiently.
- Assist the Americas Manufacturing GM and the Production Manager for DEUS.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Develop and distribute monthly reports, including orders, sales, backlog, and others as required.
- Maintain and update departmental (C&I) operating guidelines, including position responsibility standard work documents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite and general technical aptitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required.

The base pay range for this position is $20-22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
