- Procurement and Website Management: Assists with procurement activities and coordinates website content updates.
- Documentation and Compliance: Creates forms and updates records for financial compliance.
- Visa and Trainee Support: Aids with visa processes and manages trainee documentation via SLATE.
- Grant and Project Coordination: Supports grant submissions, performs quality checks, and coordinates project deliverables.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Conducts budget analyses, reconciliations, and manages financial documentation.
- Award Monitoring: Monitors active awards, assists with closeouts, and manages Purchase Orders.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Three (3) years’ experience in project or program coordination.
- Higher education experience preferred
