Job Description
Duties include curriculum design and development; instruction, recruitment, and advisement of students; budgeting; and management of adjunct faculty. Responsible for developing, implementing, and instructing the Precision Manufacturing and Maintenance program courses across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Teach at least 20 contact hours of day or evening instructional courses per semester.
- Courses will be a combination of face-to-face, online, or hybrid as teaching.
- Evaluates students' progress in attaining goals and objectives.
- Assists with recruitment, retention, job placement efforts, and duties as otherwise assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial systems technology, Manufacturing or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Six Sigma and/or other lean manufacturing or industry-recognized in-field certifications
- Three (3) years out of the past seven (7) years of industry experience
- Directly Related Teaching experience at the post-secondary level
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge and experience in the use of the Internet, Email, Windows, Microsoft Office.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
