Job Description

Responsibilities
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and scope for financial and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial reporting, compliance, and system functionality.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the integration of financial systems, including Oracle ERP, EPM, and payroll tools.
• Execute change management strategies for seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial reporting, compliance, and system functionality.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of project management experience, with proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Visio/Lucid Chart, and Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile, PMBOK/Waterfall methodologies, and Oracle Cloud Financials/EPM is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
