Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of equipment upgrade, service, and new installation projects. This role requires technical expertise and project management skills to oversee multiple projects, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage engineering equipment projects, including valves, fittings, and plant installations.
• Lead both aftermarket product replacements (weeks-long projects) and capital equipment projects (up to a year in duration).
• Develop and maintain client relationships by providing technical expertise and project support.
• Interpret contract documents, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and project specifications.
• Supervise field teams and service personnel, conducting site inspections to ensure proper installation and readiness.
• Work directly with equipment manufacturers to resolve warranty claims, missing parts, or design issues.
• Maintain project budgets, track change orders, and uphold safety compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, sales, or project management.
• Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and project contracts.
• Knowledge of building construction management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• OSHA 30 certification required (training available if needed).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and project contracts.
• Knowledge of building construction management is a plus.
