Job Description
The Program Manager- IT role will primarily focus on developing project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans. Assigning tasks to meet project or program objectives. This position requires working in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success
Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, and communication plans.
- Make work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
- Develop, track, and manage project plans and associated communication documents.
- Identify project dependencies, and critical paths, and track/report project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop written business requirements and models.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or other ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $38.34, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
