Job Description:
As a Property Manager, you will be the face of our community, responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current residents. You will guide potential tenants through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere while achieving leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy levels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing and maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain property occupancy by marketing units and fostering resident retention.
- Administer HUD recertifications, EIV reports, and monthly HAP vouchers.
- Manage vendor negotiations and oversee capital improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; college coursework preferred.
- 1-5 years of property management experience, particularly in affordable multi-family housing.
- Valid driver’s license, certifications such as CPO, COS, or NAHMA are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, One-Site, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

The base salary range for this position is $22.50-$25.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
