Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of managing a property. This includes handling tenant communications, processing maintenance requests, managing lease agreements, and overseeing rent collection. You will also assist with property inspections, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance or repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant communications, address concerns or complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee routine and emergency maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and enforce the terms of the lease, including rent collection and penalties for late payments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Prior Property Management experience
- Knowledge of HUD regulations, housing program policies, and property management software.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $33,280, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
