In this role, you will support the purchasing department with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless workflows and timely order deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a collaborative team-oriented personality.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Assist buyers with daily tasks and provide administrative support.
- Perform data filing, research, and reporting to maintain department efficiency.
- Keep the purchasing department on track with assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Handle other duties as assigned to support department goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Global Shop is a plus.
- Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.

The base salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
